Loaves & Fishes staff and volunteers celebrated with almost 150 guests for their annual Christmas dinner Friday December 15th.  Director Kim Hill outdid herself this year preparing a feast of roast turnkey and ham, with all the traditional trimmings, and yummy desserts.

Volunteers from the community served guests throughout the early evening, with Santa arriving and presenting gifts to children.  A very happy and joyous atmosphere, with smiles not only from guests, but the volunteers who donate their time to make life a little better for those in need of a holiday celebration.

The Cortland Breakfast Rotary Club prepared food baskets for about 40 families totaling 100 adults and kids, while Family Health Network collected 90 stockings stuffed with gifts that were distributed to families.

On behalf of the staff and board we would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation for all the donations that make it possible to continue our mission to feed and serve those need, and wish all the peace and joy of the season, and a Happy New Year.
